Fantasia's Back to Me Review.. Late Review

Oweee..

I want to express how much I adore this album. Fanni has been through some issues! I applaud her using her creativity to release some tension. She's experienced some growing pains. *I wouldn't give a opinion on her personal life*

Women from all different types of backgrounds understand heartache and love's woes.. :( Sadly, we don't uplift one another during this period of growth. I think the album was a mixture of desiring love and learning from mistakes.. learning how to take care of self.. maturity.

I love how she has growing in her vocal skills.

I enjoyed the album a lot..

What are your thoughts on Fantasia's new style and cd?

**I hope Fanni is doing better and I look forward to her concert!

IHOP.. International House of Prayer

I have been visiting IHOP for about a few weeks now.

International House of Prayer.. is a church that is Christian based and their goal is to pray for the world.

It's a neat and safe place to be in this chapter of my life. I regularly attend another church and became part of it's flock.

However during the week, when I am in the mist of looking for career opportunities, I come to IHOP to pray and worship. The church is open 24/7 for prayer and worship. There's a room where you can pray or listen to some play worship music on stage while you work online. **As I type, I'm listening to music and others are praying in the middle of church.. isn't that cool?**

It's encouraging and uplifting.. especially for someone like myself.. I have been extremely discourage since I have move.

I'm challenging myself to stay connect (present) in life and have some muster seed faith that things all work for good.

The book of James was given to me last night to read while I twist my hair.. and it blessed me.

I am encouraging you all to find ways to uplift your spirit and press on!

Growing Pains

***I am challenging myself to write in my blog more.. Well I will attempt to write once a week. Thanks to a dear friend reminding that I do have to release sometimes. ***

I am more of a paper and pencil type of writer but neither are available to me.. **Don't get me more, I love my HP..  but...** Currently, I'm sitting in Centennial Park watching birds **pigeons** and people in their daily routines.

This is the perfect place to reflect about your thoughts. Now, I heard that Centennial Park is the place that is usually overcrowd with people for concerts and events.. but today it is my refuge. With my pumps, planner, Breeze card all in hand. I am reflecting.

As of today, I have been living in Atlanta for 5 months. My experiences in this city have been the most challenging. I believe it never crossed my mind that how much you endure mentally after relocating. My cross country move has invited, determination to stick with me long term. Subconsciously, I've attained more strength and diligence.

All in the matter of a few months, I've
*lost a job
*unfortunately withdraw from school
*shed some old habits
*came to some revelations about self

Of course this took a toll on me, I've experience some depression and confusing thoughts.

Thankfully, I have a spirit of optimism and I realized this has not been the most comfortable growth spur but it's been helpful. It's actually been one of the best!

I've learn some things. Last year, I working 3 jobs.. barely taking care of myself properly and running from self..not reflecting...not living!

I am excited about my season of growing, loving, accepting, healing. I'm experiencing gratification for life.

I see my gifts and opening myself to accepting them.

In a nut shell.. I'm remembering that....

“Don't wait until everything is just right. It will never be perfect. There will always be challenges, obstacles and less than perfect conditions. So what. Get started now. With each step you take, you will grow stronger and stronger, more and more skilled, more and more self-confident and more and more successful.” - Mark Victor Hansen

**Pun intended... ***Side note... *point taken..
